Before the photo session, I initiate a 30-minute video call with each client, as I believe in building a personal connection to better understand your brand. This interactive conversation allows me to examine your website, social media presence, and any other relevant materials. By asking additional questions, I gain deeper insights into your brand, values, and aspirations. Together, we embark on a journey to plan a photo shoot that truly represents your unique identity.
- Aesthetics Alignment and Mood Boards:
To ensure we're on the same page regarding the desired aesthetics, we create a shared Pinterest board where we collect visual inspirations. Collaboratively, we craft a mood board that sets the tone and guides the artistic direction of the session. This process guarantees that we achieve the final results you envision, reflecting your personal brand and resonating with your target audience.
- Welcoming Atmosphere:
During the session, we prioritize establishing a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Before diving into photography, we take some time to chat and enjoy a coffee together. This informal discussion allows us to ease any nerves and sparks creativity. We discuss ideas for poses and explore different angles to highlight your best features and capture your essence authentically. If you have your favorite side I need to know about it (I do have one that's why I am asking!).

This technique often helps clients feel more at ease and boosts their confidence. However, I respect individual preferences, and if you prefer not to use mirrors, that's perfectly okay too. Throughout the session, I share images directly from my camera with you. This immediate feedback allows you to see how the photos are turning out and make any necessary adjustments to pose or expression. Remember, being in front of the camera can feel awkward, but my goal is to make the experience enjoyable and engaging. Feel free to have a friend or significant other present for support, creating a relaxed and natural atmosphere. If you need to take a break or do somehting during the shoot, it's completely fine and welcomed!
